ContractLife is a German iPhone app for keeping contracts, subscriptions and important documents in one place. You upload a contract — insurance, mobile, gym, leasing — with its term, notice period and monthly cost, and the app shows what it costs, when it ends and by when it has to be cancelled. Unlike finance apps that read your bank transactions to do this, ContractLife works only with the documents you upload yourself — no bank connection required. Deadlines move into a deadline guard that reminds you 30 days, 7 days and one day before they expire. If you want to cancel, the app drafts the letter, you sign it on your phone and export it as a PDF. For a single person the app is completely free and ad-free; data is stored on servers in Germany, and an end-to-end encrypted vault holds IDs and policies, unlocked with Face ID. A premium plan only comes in for family mode, that is for sharing with several people.

What does ContractLife cost?
For a single person ContractLife is completely free and ad-free — adding contracts, tracking deadlines and storing documents cost nothing. A premium plan only comes in for family mode, when you want to share with several people. It is an in-app purchase and can be cancelled at any time in your iPhone settings.
Does ContractLife need access to my bank account?
No. ContractLife works with the contract documents you upload or photograph yourself — a bank connection is neither required nor offered. That sets it apart from finance apps that read your transactions to detect contracts.
How does the app keep track of notice periods?
When you add a contract, you enter its end date and notice period. The app works out the last day to cancel and puts it straight into the calendar, which reminds you 30 days, 7 days and one day before it expires — so nothing renews unnoticed.
